About the film: year - 2011 / 1 hour 27 min melodrama / detective story / The plot of the movie "The Scorpion in the Palm": Sasha Taranov works as a journalist and trying to cope with the tragedy in his own life. The death of his beloved wife divided Sasha's life into before and after, and to cope with the bitterness of the loss, he turned to an unconventional psychologist who practices rather unusual methods in psychology. As instructed by his psychotherapist, Sasha commits strange and extravagant acts in the hope that a drastic lifestyle change will help him get out of his depression. A series of his madness leads him to be drawn into the dark story of the disappearance of a woman. The premiere of the film "The Scorpion in the Palm" was held as part of the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival.
